The residential complex project aims
to change the popular perception among Israelis about detached homes.

Due to constant population growth and the reduction of building areas, a regulatory change has been made in Kfar Tavor, which allows the construction of 4 housing units per 1,000 sqm.

The project applies the regulatory change while preserving the residential character by maintaining privacy and a sense of community.
The building was designed along the building setback to create a void for the interior courtyards that enables improved circulation and can be used as a private garden, adapted to the Mediterranean climate.

The structure further allows private entrances to all units and creates public areas overlooking Mount Tabor.

The facade of the building blurs the boundaries of the various units and gives tenants a sense of belonging to the whole building by perceiving it as an entirety.
